LimoIndex is an information resource, not the transportation company.
The site helps travellers understand private transportation choices before they contact a provider, while creating the editorial base for a future searchable directory.
LimoIndex helps travellers ask better questions before they book.
The site is an editorial resource about limousine, chauffeur, black-car and private ground transportation. It does not operate vehicles, dispatch chauffeurs or provide trip quotes.
Editorial principles
- Explain transportation options in plain language
- Separate general guidance from operator-specific claims
- Avoid pretending planning ranges are guaranteed capacities or prices
- Direct travellers to official sources for rules that can change
- Build the future company directory around useful structured information
Why LimoIndex was rebuilt
The earlier website mixed limousine marketing copy with a broad links directory. That format was no longer a useful foundation for travellers or for a future searchable limousine index. The replacement starts with practical guides that can remain valuable when company profiles and city listings are added later.
What comes next
The longer-term concept is a more structured LimoIndex platform where users can research limousine and chauffeur companies by place, airport, route or service category. Operator information should be organized consistently enough to compare items such as service areas, vehicle categories and booking methods without turning every page into repetitive sales copy.
Corrections and operator submissions
This temporary Phase 1 version does not yet include public operator submissions or a contact form. That avoids collecting listing requests before the directory criteria, verification process and data structure are ready.
Frequently asked questions
Is LimoIndex a limousine company?
No. LimoIndex is an independent information website about private ground transportation.
Does LimoIndex sell bookings?
Not in this Phase 1 version. Any provider link takes the traveller to that provider or booking resource to confirm current availability and pricing.
Can operators pay for rankings?
The current version does not offer paid rankings or operator submissions. Future directory policies can be published when the structured listing platform is built.
Useful guides first, structured listings later
LimoIndex is intentionally being rebuilt in two layers. The current site concentrates on evergreen questions that travellers repeatedly face: choosing a service type, understanding vehicle capacity, reading a quote, planning an airport pickup and preparing for longer routes. A later directory can add structured company profiles without replacing this editorial foundation.
Links to transportation providers and regional service websites are included when they help a reader continue research. They should be treated as starting points, not as ratings or endorsements. LimoIndex does not accept bookings on behalf of the linked companies and does not guarantee their current pricing or availability.
